Michael McCline

Founder & Executive Director

Michael McCline, M.Ed.L.

Michael focuses on the intersection of student social-emotional skill development, interest-centered learning, and academic growth.

His passion for whole-child teaching inspired him to form Impact Community Supports, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization delivering social-emotional learning and restorative-practice experiences to individuals, schools, and communities.

Michael began his career as a foster-care social worker in Philadelphia before moving into teaching and leadership with historically marginalized communities along the Northeast corridor. Across the region, he has led culture-and-climate initiatives at classroom, school, and district levels.
