Michael McCline, M.EDL, is the Founder and Executive Director of Impact Community Supports Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to strengthening prevention, opportunity, and support pathways for children, youth, and families throughout the Delaware Valley. His professional journey includes service as a special educator, school principal, coach, and community prevention practitioner, experiences that shaped his commitment to addressing systemic barriers impacting young people and families. Michael founded ICS to operate as a “community of solutions,” aligning schools, families, service providers, and civic partners to expand access to mental and behavioral health supports, workforce readiness opportunities, and youth development programming. Under his leadership, coalition-driven prevention initiatives, coordinated referral pathways, and youth leadership platforms have helped foster protective environments and community resilience. Michael is widely recognized for his collaborative leadership style and ability to translate community voice into action. As he shared in his published work, “When communities align around young people, prevention becomes possibility, and possibility becomes progress.”

A Letter From the Founder
Impact Community Supports was created with a simple but hopeful aim: to help neighborhoods feel safer, healthier, and more financially steady by guiding people toward the tools that already exist around them. Founded by former school principal Michael McCline, the organization works to empower individuals and families through job readiness, financial literacy, education, and supportive services that encourage positive growth for young people. What began as one person trying to fill gaps during a difficult moment in education has become a growing community effort built on collaboration and trust.
Collaboration and community involvement are central to our approach. We work directly with local residents, organizations, and institutions to create strong neighborhood coalitions that effectively address the unique needs of our community’s youth. By bringing all stakeholders together, we create a comprehensive support system that makes a lasting impact.
Our goal is to make a positive impact on the lives of the children, youth and families we serve and foster a brighter future for our community. We are dedicated to our mission and passionate about creating opportunities for children and youth to thrive.
