Michael McCline and a community partner at a Wilmington United Coalition event

Our story Serving PA, DE & NJ

Built to be
there.

Impact began with a simple commitment: when a family needs support, someone should keep showing up long enough to help.

Why Impact exists

Schools were carrying far more than academics.

During the pandemic, families needed food, technology, stability, connection, and people they could trust. Michael McCline saw the gap up close and built Impact Community Supports to help close it.

That experience shaped a relationship-first approach: listen before prescribing, connect people personally, and stay involved after the referral. The goal is not another isolated program. It is a dependable path through a complicated local system.

Today, Impact brings mentoring, family learning, prevention, workforce pathways, community navigation, and organizational training into one network of support across Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey.

Meet Michael and the leadership team

Help communities thrive by connecting support, prevention, education, and opportunity.

Impact helps with the things that shape a family's health - housing, income, education, connection, and access to trusted support. We bring youth, families, schools, healthcare, businesses, government, and community organizations together to build safer, healthier, and more economically secure communities.

Direct help and community change belong in the same system.

Families may start with one need, but life rarely stays in one category. Impact connects three program areas through Community Connect 360 navigation and the Unfaded Media team.
